Triple Play - 3rd Level Floor Plan
	As you enter the top floor of Triple Play, you can see the ocean through the slider doors and the front windows. Here you can see the living room and just beyond, the dining room table and part of the breakfast bar.
Here you can see the gas fireplace and the TV/VCR/DVD above it. The sliders lead to the front deck where you can sit and enjoy the ocean views.	Here is another view of the top floor living area. From the sliders you see the matching couch, staircase, and to the far left, the wet bar.
What a well-equipped kitchen: two refrigerators! Top of the line cooking utensils and appliances for the beach gourmets.	Here you can see the kitchen from the dining room area. Note how the breakfast bar curves cozily around the kitchen area.
This photo shows the master bedroom on the third floor. It has a private master bathroom (shown below).	Here is a photo of one of the three bathrooms on the second floor. This bathroom adjoins the full size bedroom with the slider on the south side of the house.
