The 2006 weekly rental rate for each home includes the administration fee; which varies by property. This fee includes a departure cleaning, linens and towels, beds made, starter soap and toilet tissue each bath and starter soaps, paper towels and trash bags for the kitchen.
When booking online for 2006, the confirmation page will give a total due which will include rent & administrative fee, state and county taxes of 13%, a pet fee of $75.00 if applicable and peace of mind fee which is $50.00. The trip insurance is an optional charge and will appear as a separate line item.
