• Traveling on 95 South, Merge onto I-295 S via exit number 84A- on the left- toward ROCKY MT NC.
• Merge onto I-64 E via exit number 28A toward NORFOLK/ VA BEACH. 
• Merge onto VA-168 S via exit number 291B toward GREAT BRIDGE/ NAGS HEAD (Portions toll) & immediately get in the furthest left lane and then follow signs for Nags Head.
• Continue on US 168 for approx. 75 miles. At Barco, take US 158.
• After crossing the Wright Memorial Bridge to the Outer Banks, US 158 will bear to the right (south). You will drive through Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, and Nags Head.
• The Village Realty office is located just after the Milepost 14. The Outer Banks Mall will be on your right, go through the stop light and take the next left onto Epstein Drive. Village Realty is located just north of the Town of Nags Head Complex and across from the Nags Head Fire Department .

From the South or the West to Outer Banks:

• Traveling on Route 64/264, cross the new Virginia Dare Memorial Bridge to Roanoke Island. Continue straight, on the Manteo causeway.
• You will then cross the Washington Baum Bridge to Nags Head.
• The road will bear to the left (you are now traveling north on Rt. 158).
• Go about 2 miles. The Village Realty office will be on your right.
